Residue on my...
I received the toppers and BaH cutouts with a layer of white residue. The toppers were my concern as they were going on top of my son‘s seventh birthday cupcakes. I reached out to the company and emailed them in regards to this. They said that this was a residue from the cutting of the product. And then normally their team does a better job. I’m making sure that that residue is not there. I was offered to have the items replaced. However, my son‘s birthday was about four days out. And I know from history of ordering multiple times from you all your shipping is usually not the fastest and can take anywhere from 10 to 15 days to the sea. Nonetheless, I was not offer anything else. I did not end up using the toppers as I tried to remove the white film off of them. But for some of them, it was just stuck under. that same went for the other part of my order which were actually built ahead cut out on a stick. Nothing has been offered in regards to it. I have requested a refund of my order. At this point, everything is now been trashed. I wasted money and I could not enjoy those items from my son‘s birthday. So thank you for the horrible experience that you all created and one mistake of people not checking their processes ruined it for me. But also the lack of accountability when it comes to what you represent as a company. I’ve ordered multiple times from you all across the years. But this is probably the last time I order. As you had no care for how your product got delivered to me in a negative impact that he had for a planned birthday
