We pride ourselves on getting orders out to customers quickly. Most orders will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Expedited shipping is available. If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing a guaranteed shipping option as our shipping guarantee covers late deliveries. While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.
Custom Messages
We can add any custom text to the reverse side of your cutout. The size of the text will vary based on the number of characters submitted. The font will be Arial, color black, and background white.
Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed.
Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.
Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.

My rating is really an 4.75! Everything about working with Build A Head was really fantastic. Pricing was great! The people were easy to work with and prompt. All up until the package arrived in the mail… and his head is prominently shown on the packaging label. My son gets the mail… The surprise was ruined by that one little picture. The big head cutouts I ordered are amazing! This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company. The customer service, although all online or chat was outstanding. Their response time was impressive. The initial delivery date was 4 days after my son’s birthday. The package ended up arriving early and he had it for his day!
