    Pretty good at the Groupon...

    I ordered a 5 pack of the 12x18 slim big head via Groupon. These were printed on stiff card stock, looked pretty good and arrived quickly. I gifted a friend a groupon for these as well which she used for her son's 8th grade grad big head. They didn't turn out so well but mainly because she should have selected head and shoulders as opposed to just head. This would have been readily clear if there was a mechanism on the website the mocked up what your picture would look like (as Fat Head has). It also would have been caught if we chose to spend the extra $10 to get a proof emailed before the order was processed. Since this was the first time using this company I opted not to pay the extra for a proof wanting to lower my cost exposure if it turned out a bust for the end product. The Groupon was $16, shipping was another $11 so 5 thin big heads cost me $27; not bad. What would be better if they didn't charge for proofs or provided an estimated mock up based on the uploaded picture so you can see how they are going to chop around the head. I was also slightly disappointed this was on card stock and not foam board but that was me not reading clearly not the site's fault. Honestly for the cost of the materials involved and the fact that they charge freight I think the standard rate for one 18x12 thin big head is too expensive which comes in about what I paid for 5 with the groupon. At this rate I would rather pay for Fat Head and have a bit more peice of mind I am getting something of quality (and on foam board).

Make your own Big Head Cutout with any photo in a few simple steps. We ship all orders out the very next day! Our 12×18 slim Big Head is made of compressed card stock and comes with a stick for extra grip while you are having fun! Our big face cutouts are seen everywhere from Madison Square Garden to local school events, sports games, graduations and more. Order your big heads now!

We pride ourselves on getting orders out to customers quickly. Most orders will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Expedited shipping is available. If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing a guaranteed shipping option as our shipping guarantee covers late deliveries. While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.

Double Sided
A mirror image of your cutout will be printed on the back side.

Custom Messages
We can add any custom text to the reverse side of your cutout. The size of the text will vary based on the number of characters submitted. The font will be Arial, color black, and background white.

Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed. Keep in mind delays in communication may alter delivery timelines.If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.

Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.

Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.
