FedEx Ground shipping starts at $10, with faster delivery choices at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, and Venmo. Bulk quote pricing is available. Returns are not accepted, and no holding stick is included.

We process and ship most Huge Head Cutout orders by the end of the next business day. Expedited shipping is available for sports games, graduations, concerts, weddings, parties, rallies, and other time-sensitive events. Customers who need delivery by a specific date should select a guaranteed FedEx shipping service at checkout. Our shipping guarantee applies only to eligible late deliveries sent with a guaranteed service. Most non-guaranteed orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays are not covered without a guaranteed shipping option.

Digital Proof
Once your cutout has been cropped and resized, a digital proof will be emailed for review and approval. One revision is included with your proof, if necessary. Please note: delays in approving proofs may result in delivery delays. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we'll process your order.
Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch-up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed. Keep in mind that delays in communication may alter delivery timelines. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we'll process your order.
Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, orders are considered final once placed. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.
Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund of the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch-up services.
