While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.
Digital Proof
Once your cutout has been cropped and resized, a digital proof will be emailed for review and approval. One revision is included with your proof, if necessary. Please note: delays in approving proofs may result in delivery delays.If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.
Custom Messages
We can add any custom text to the reverse side of your cutout. The size of the text will vary based on the number of characters submitted. The font will be Arial, color black, and background white.
Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed.
Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.
Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.

I placed a bulk order of 15 heads for preschool graduation at the 12x18 size and received 15 tiny heads. They’re just slightly bigger than my hand, measuring roughly 8x12. I sent in photos to show them the ridiculousness of these “big heads” and how they’re unusable. I then made a replacement order paying twice, with another company fearing we might not get them in time for graduation. Thank god I did that because after initially telling me there’s nothing they can do, they escalated to a manager. I then didn’t hear back for over 7 days. I had to send 2 more follow up emails to finally find out today that they can either offer me a reprint or store credit. 1. your reprints would not come back in time and thank god I knew to reorder elsewhere 2. Why would I want 15 more tiny heads? i already trashed the first order 3. why would I ever want to order with you again on store credit? your customer service is awful. So there. Use them at your own peril. You’ve been warned.
