Wanted two cut outs. Paid extra for rush shipping. Only got one cutout. After 10 emails and having a replacement 2nd sent to the wrong customer, received a refund for one cut out. Nothing for the shipping. Didn’t use the one I got because I needed the full order. Won’t use again nor recommend to others.
I did not know anything about a ordering a big head...first time. I paid to see a proof and I okayed it and I paid extra to have it shipped and arrive on time for my event. Disappointed all the way around! Didn't arrive in time...and when I saw it...I was actually embarrassed to use it! Was smaller than I realized it would be and the neck part was white! I thought it would be a cutout of a head! So...didn't even use it! Overall...a big waste of money and my time worrying about it arriving. Next time...will use Fathead...that's what everyone else used and their heads looked great! Oh..and I did email and ask where it was and explained that it hadn't arrived when it was suppose too...I was given tracking information and nothing else!
