Zero Customer...
I ordered a 6 ft cardboard cutout for a birthday party, and when I checked out, it said it would be delivered by last Thursday. Instead it was delivered Sunday. I needed it for a party on Saturday. When I first received the tracking info, it said it was going to be delivered to Iowa. I reached out to customer service to see what the deal was and they just sent me the tracking info again, which I already had. Then I responded saying no, it says it's going to be delivered to Iowa. They said, oh, I see that now, let me check with my manager. Then I never heard back from them after that. The tracking did eventually update to say the correct destination but the package was still going to be late. I reached out to CS multiple times asking how they planned to rectify the situation and they never responded to me. There would have been enough time for them to overnight a new order in time but they never got back to me. Terrible customer service. As a first time customer, this will also be my last time using this company.
