Choose your photo and pick which of our huge head sizes you want to use (2 foot or 3 foot). Our big face cutouts are everywhere from concert music festivals to local school events, political rallies, football, and basketball games. No UGLY cardboard lines in our products!

We pride ourselves on getting orders out to customers quickly. Most orders will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Expedited shipping is available. If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing a guaranteed shipping option as our shipping guarantee covers late deliveries. While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.
Digital Proof
Once your cutout has been cropped and resized, a digital proof will be emailed for review and approval. One revision is included with your proof, if necessary. Please note: delays in approving proofs may result in delivery delays.If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.
Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed. Keep in mind delays in communication may alter delivery timelines.If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.
Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.
Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.

Worst experience ever! I placed my order weeks before i needed the fathead for my daughters senior night i even paid extra to see the product before they finished it to make sure we approved it. Well unfortunately i was not able to check my email in time so they decided to approve it for me even though it was unacceptable! After emailing back and forth with a support person they finally decided they would help us so my husband sent in a different picture and twice we were told it wasn’t good enough so we sent in a 4th picture which they finally approved with only 3 days left until my daughter’s event which they were well aware of! The event is tonight and my daughter has no fathead to carry and i am out $67.00! Horrible costumer service!
