Each mini cutout measures between 3 and 4 inches depending on the photo provided, making them the perfect size for holding up at games, sticking in plants, decorating tabletops, lining up at photo booths or tucking into gift bags as a keepsake everyone will want to keep. Simply upload any well-lit high-resolution photo of at least 1MB and we will have your order processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing a guaranteed shipping option as our shipping guarantee covers late deliveries. While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.

Digital Proof
Once your cutout has been cropped and resized, a digital proof will be emailed for review and approval. One revision is included with your proof, if necessary. Please note: delays in approving proofs may result in delivery delays. If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.
Custom Messages
We can add any custom text to the reverse side of your cutout. The size of the text will vary based on the number of characters submitted. The font will be Arial, color black, and background white.
Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed. Keep in mind delays in communication may alter delivery timelines. If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.
Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.
Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.
