Shipping starts at $14.99, with FedEx Ground, FedEx 3 Day, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx 1 Day delivery options available at checkout. If your order is needed by a specific date, we recommend selecting a guaranteed shipping service. Most standard shipments arrive within the estimated delivery window, though only guaranteed shipping services are eligible for late-delivery coverage. Every corporate cutout is securely packaged to help protect it during transit.

Digital Proof
Once your cutout has been cropped and resized, a digital proof will be emailed for review and approval. One revision is included with your proof, if necessary. Please note: delays in approving proofs may result in delivery delays. If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.
Touch Up
If you have a photo that needs a little work, let our imaging team go to work. Common touch up examples include scar removal, acne reduction, and red eye removal. Please be specific in the notes box with what needs to be changed. Keep in mind delays in communication may alter delivery timelines. If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we'll go ahead and process your order.
Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.
Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.
